You MUST be at least 21 years of age to purchase and sign for wine delivery. By placing an order, you authorize Pound Hound/VC Cellars to charge your credit card for the cost of the wine plus tax (CA deliveries) and shipping.

Shipping Policy:
Orders are shipped Direct Ship 3-day (unless you specified Overnight shipping) and generally will ship within 2-3 business days, weather permitting. We want to make certain your wine is shipped in the best condition possible. Shipments to a business address is preferred — shipper charges additional $10 fee for residential deliveries. We only are allowed to ship direct to the following states: AZ, CA, FL, NV, OR, and TX, 3rd part shipping is available for other states. Will will alert you if you live in a non-reciprocal shipping state..

Our Refund/Return Policy:
Refunds (less original shipping costs) will be granted on returned items within 30 days of shipment. The purchaser will be responsible for return freight costs, unless an incorrect order was shipped to the purchaser or there is a problem with the product. In those situations, Pound Hound/VC Cellars will pay all shipping costs.

Pound Hound/VC Cellars will replace any products damaged during shipping. Broken or damaged items will need to be returned to VC Cellars and all shipping costs will be covered by Pound Hound/VC Cellars.
